[Feature] Keep claude memory in github actions cache

Instead of Claude starting fresh every time it replies to a GitHub issue it can leverage github actions cache to keep the history in the conversation. This should make it far more conversational.

We're experimenting with this internally, but it'd be great to get support for this in the official github actions trigger.

u can do that using cache and give the claude code the --continue flag
its a bit easy to do

what i did is that i saved the last commit
using github cache i cached the folder path: ~/.claude/projects and if exists i gave the claude_args the --continue flag

Yeah, I think it's worth officially supporting that though. I think it makes any conversation in a github issue vastly better!

i will upload later today a workflow how to that. i think i had managed to do that very well and it save us a lot of bucks :)
