Testing the changes

    • jellyfin was not tested, but compiled fine.

Local build testing

  • I built this PR locally for my native architecture, x86_64
  • I built this PR locally for these architectures (if supported. mark crossbuilds):
    • armv6l (except jellyfin-desktop which is missing qt6-webengine)
    • aarch64-musl

Notes

Enabling the Linux API for CEC means DP-HDMI adapters as mentioned in https://docs.kernel.org/admin-guide/media/cec.html start working.
